How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and utilize your tracking number in your confirmation email to track your shipment (UPS and USPS usually take under 7 business days to ship domestically). As your favorite tea company’s lover Thirst Tea is patient, thoughtful and intentional in all she does. Quality and sustainability is at our forefront when shipping your products!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet. In order to prioritize sustainability and care, we are growing and learning more and more about how to best take care of out Thirst Tea Pleasure Seekers.

What is your return policy? 

We understand that nothing is ever perfect. We can’t promise perfection, but we can promise to make things right as best we can. If there’s significant damage or a missing product, we are happy to replace your product free of charge. If there’s any other super concerning issues, feel free to contact us here and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
