How long does my order take to ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and utilize your tracking number in your confirmation email to track your shipment (UPS and USPS usually take under 7 business days to ship domestically). As your favorite tea company’s lover Thirst Tea is patient, thoughtful and intentional in all she does. Quality and sustainability is at our forefront when shipping your products!
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. In order to prioritize sustainability and care, we are growing and learning more and more about how to best take care of out Thirst Tea Pleasure Seekers.
Do you have a return policy?
I understand that nothing is ever perfect. As and intentional business owner, I can’t promise perfection, but I can promise to make things right as best I can. If there’s significant damage or a missing product, I am happy to replace your product free of charge. If there’s any other super concerning issues, feel free to contact me here and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Where do you make your products?
All Thirst Tea products are made in Maine and each blend is curated as locally and organically as possible. If local sources don't have what I need I extend my sourcing circle wider, in order:
- First, I source from local farmers and growers for excess herbs
- Second, I go to local Maine apothecaries
- Thirdly I source from New England farms and apothecaries
- If I exhaust all sources, I will source items from sustainable sources like Mountain Rose, Anima Mundi, and more.
